Treatment includes surgical approach and antibiotic therapy. This study present the case of a 47-year-old woman who was admitted with a diagnosis of septic shock secondary to Fournier syndrome. A surgical approach was performed on admission and antibiotic therapy was started. During hospitalization an antibiotic (ATB) exchange was required. The patient evolved with increased levels of C-reactive protein and pro-calcitonin and the need for hemodialysis.
